  • How is DentalClubOne different from traditional insurance?

    DentalClubOne is a reduced fee plan where a member pays a monthly fee and receives a significant savings from our network of over 54,000+ dentists and specialists. You can receive treatment at any of these participating dentists and specialists at a reduced cost which ranges from 20 off of regular fees. There is no limits on use, no waiting, no forms, and no referrals. You are free to visit any of the participating dentists anywhere in the country without calling us for approval.

  • What do I need to view PDF files?

    To view PDF files, you need Adobe's Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you do not have it installed or you have an old version, click here to download and install the latest version.

  • Is cosmetic dentistry covered?

    DentalClubOne understands the importance of your appearance. That's why we have included cosmetic services, such as bleaching and bonding procedures, in your plan benefits.

  • How do I schedule an appointment with a participating dentist or specialist?

    Once you receive your membership card, you simply call a participating dentist to make an appointment and tell them you are a member of the plan. Although you know us as DentalClubOne the dentist or specialist is part of the Network and uses the network name to access the reduced fees.

  • What kind of savings will I receive?

    Your savings will range from 20-70% off standard fees. To experience the savings, you must first enroll into a plan. Click here

  • When will I receive a membership card?

    You will receive a membership card, your Dental Service Agreement and a complete list of co-payments. Your effective date will be provided with your membership materials. You can expect your cards within 7 - 10 business days.

  • What if I need to change my plan?

    Simply contact us. Email, phone, fax or mail a request to change your plan. DentalClubOne believes in customer satisfaction so we will expedite your request to further our commitment.

  • How are the dentists and specialists selected?

    Every member of our network has been carefully selected to meet our network criteria. Each dentist and specialist meet highly selective credentialing standards based on education, background, ADA certification, licenses and other regulatory requirements.

  • How do I cancel my DentalClubOne membership?

    Simply send an email to cancelmymembership@dentalclubone.com or notify DentalClubOne in writing via US Mail that you would like to cancel your plan, and your plan will cancel on the last day of the month you cancelled coverage in. Please include your name, the last 4 digits of your social security number and your email address on file with DentalClubOne so we can ensure the proper handling of your cancellation request. If canceling by email, please write Cancel my DentalClubOne membership in the Subject line.

  • What if I need to change my dentist?

    Simply contact your Carrier. Phone, fax or mail a request to change your dentist.

  • Do I need to notify DentalClubOne if I want to change providers?

    Yes. You are free to change network dental providers with DentalClubOne and your Carrier every 30 days.

Discount Dental Card

  • What procedures are included under the Discount Dental Card plan?

    In addition to standard preventative dental procedures, the benefits also include savings on specialty procedures including orthodontics, periodontics, root canals, crowns, bridgework, fillings, dentures and veneers.

Managed Care Plan

  • When do I renew my dental plan?

    If you select the monthly ACH billing method for payment, no action is required to renew your dental plan. If you select the annual prepayment method, a renewal notification and billing statement will be mailed to Dental Club One in advance of your anniversary date.

  • Renewal/Cancellation/Termination?

    This Plan renews at each yearly anniversary of the effective date. Company and Subscriber each have the right to terminate the Plan with prior written notice. Please consult the Individual Dental Agreement for details concerning renewability, cancellation and termination.

  • What is the most common cause of dental claims delays?

    Occasionally, we must request x-rays, periodontal charting and/or other claim related information to complete the processing of a claim if it is not initially submitted with the claim. If it is necessary to request additional information on a claim, the dental processors will request this information from the dentist and they will also notify the insured of the request.

  • Who is eligible?

    You, your spouse and dependent children as defined by state law.
